Associate
Before anyone can be screened, someone has to find them. You are that someone — the person who knows where the good cabin-crew, front-office and F&B candidates are, reaches out in a way that gets a reply, and keeps our pipeline full of people worth talking to.
The work
You spend your day finding people. Working from the roles our coordinators are filling, you search across job boards, social platforms and our own database to build lists of candidates who genuinely fit — the right sector, the right location, the right willingness to work shifts.
Then you reach out. A good first message is short, honest and specific to the person, and it is the difference between a full pipeline and an empty one. You track who replied, keep the database clean, and hand warm, interested candidates to the coordinator running that search.
What you will do
- Search job boards, social platforms and our database for candidates matching live roles
- Write and send first-contact messages that actually get replies
- Track responses and keep candidate records accurate and de-duplicated
- Hand warm, interested candidates to the coordinator running each search
- Notice which sources and messages work, and do more of what works
Who this suits

- Clear written English and a friendly, professional tone

- Any background in sales, support, admin or hospitality is useful; none is required
