Travelrf recruits for travel, hospitality and aviation, and nothing else. Staying narrow is how we stay good at it.
Who we are
We are a small Mumbai recruitment team, working across India with hotels, restaurants and QSR chains, airlines and airports, cruise lines, tour operators and event companies. Between us we have spent years inside these businesses, which is why we can read a candidate the way an operations manager would.
We chose to stay focused rather than become a generalist agency chasing every vacancy. When you only recruit for one world, you learn what actually predicts success in it — and you stop wasting a client's time with people who look right on paper and wrong on the floor.
What we believe
Service is a trait, not a line on a CV
We hire for it and we screen for it. Everything else can be trained; that mostly cannot.

We would rather send you four people we believe in than forty we have not spoken to.
