Recruitment Executive (Volume Hiring)

Snowras runs volume and frontline hiring for retail, warehouse, delivery and manufacturing operations across India. In this role you own a wide, always-warm funnel end to end — source at scale, verify properly, deploy on time.

About the role

Volume hiring is a different sport. It's not about finding one perfect candidate — it's about running a large, honest funnel, verifying people properly, and getting them deployed before the season starts, not after it ends. As a Recruitment Executive you're at the heart of that system.

What you'll do

• Open and manage high-volume sourcing funnels across the right channels for each role and city.
• Screen candidates for genuine availability and shift-fit early, so the people who reach clients actually turn up.
• Coordinate document checks, address confirmation and background verification where the role requires it.
• Stage and track candidates by hub and target date, so deployment lands on the date the client needs.
• Keep a fast replacement pipeline warm — frontline roles churn, and backfills should already be moving.
• Maintain honest, accurate candidate records and clear communication throughout.

What we're looking for

• 0–3 years in recruitment, tele-calling, staffing or a high-volume coordination role (freshers with the right energy welcome).
• Comfortable managing many candidates and tight deadlines at once without losing the thread.
• Clear spoken and written English, plus at least one regional Indian language.
• Reliable internet and a quiet space to work remotely.
• Organised, honest, and calm under a deadline.

Compensation & details

• Salary: ₹2,40,000 – ₹4,20,000 per year (₹2.4–4.2 LPA), based on experience.
• Incentive: performance incentive on top of base, tied to funnel and deployment targets.
• Location: fully remote, open to candidates based anywhere in India.
• Hours: full-time, India Standard Time (IST) business hours.
